Founder, Director

An experienced development professional based out of Delhi, with a work experience of more than 25 years in the not-for profit sector. She has been associated with various leading organisations in various capacities at senior management level and currently, as a freelancer, contributes in the field of life skills and adolescent health.

Director

A specialist in Digital Media and Corporate Media Films and has over 23+ years of working experience in intense start-up environment, mostly as a Founding Team Member. In the domain of Digital Media he has more than 24 years experience in designing and marketing digital technology solutions to the corporate and non-profit sector for effective presence, high visibility and marketing products. Creating customised e-learning platforms in the current digital environment is another recent  pecialisation. He has been associated with planning and designing institutional social media presence and visibility for non-profit sector Institutions.

Energy and Natural Resources Specialist

 He has over 40 years of professional experience in technology, and holds specialization in energy and livelihood development in high altitude and complex terrain areas, designing  and developing micro hydropower and renewable energy devices, designing and promoting appropriate technologies for livelihoods, processing technologies for wool-fiber and product development, capacity building, training on hydropower and skill development, community empowerment in different states of India and  has also established 20 community-managed and run micro-hydropower stations for electrification and livelihoods in remote locations in the country.

Head Corporate Partnerships

 Siddharth Thapliyal has over 25 years of experience in the corporate sector. With specialisation in Advanced Marketing, Siddharth’s association has been with HR as a consultant to various leading corporates. Before getting associated with HR, he was professionally engaged with companies for developing their sales and marketing strategies. He brings a rich experience of client management, corporate strategy and resource alliances to the team of DeSWAN Foundation.
